Choose plain packaging, 1 colour, 2 colour, 3 colour, full colour CMYK, Pantone/PMS colour matching, or a CMYK + Pantone combination where the specification calls for it. Materials and Practical Requirements

The intended dish determines whether grease, moisture and heat resistance are needed. Those performance requirements must be discussed before the board and coating are specified, especially for hot, oily or sauce-heavy foods.

Important: Do not use an unverified paperboard carton for direct contact with hot or wet food. Tell us the actual food, temperature and holding time so the appropriate food-contact construction can be confirmed.

You do not need a finished dieline to ask for a price. The quickest starting brief is:

• Your approximate internal length × width × height, with mm as the default unit (cm and inches are also fine).
• Required quantity and, if useful, any expected repeat-order quantity.
• The product or primary pack that will sit inside the box.
• Your preferred printing option: plain, 1 colour, 2 colour, CMYK, Pantone or not sure.
• Any window, insert, divider, handle or premium finish you are considering.
• Artwork or a logo file if available; you can also send it later.
• Your preferred delivery date or launch date if the order is time-sensitive.
