By placing an order with Custom Packaging Boxes, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Orders

All orders are subject to confirmation and acceptance. We reserve the right to decline any order. Custom packaging is made to order and cannot be returned unless it is faulty or does not match the approved proof.

Proofs

A digital proof will be provided before production begins. Production only starts once you have approved the proof in writing. We are not responsible for errors approved in the proof.

Delivery

We deliver across the UK. Delivery times are estimates and may vary. We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers or circumstances outside our control.

Payment

Payment terms are confirmed at the time of order. All prices are in GBP and exclude VAT unless stated otherwise.
