Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully. These Terms and Conditions govern your access and use of this Site. By accessing or using this Site you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and to any additional guidelines, restrictions, or rules that may be posted in connection with specific sections or services of this Site. All such additional posted guidelines, restrictions, or rules are hereby incorporated by reference into these Terms and Conditions.

Custom Packaging Boxes (CPB) reserves the right to make changes to this Site and to these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. You should review these Terms of Use each time you access this Site.

ORDER CANCELLATION

We understand that unexpected events occur and we do our best to accommodate. If your circumstances are likely to change, please inform us as soon as possible. Your refund will depend on how close your order is to completion. Of course, if we have not begun working on your order, you are entitled to a complete refund (With the below terms).

Custom Packaging Boxes (CPB) will cancel your order prior to printing/shipping. However, if you’re ordered item has been shipped then it cannot be canceled. Orders may be cancelable during the various production stages but cancellation charges will apply. Our Customer Service Team will inform you of any cancellation charges.

Stage# 1- Orders are placed online.

Stage# 2- Orders are reworked in our design department.

Stage# 3- Orders are sent to the press.

Stage# 4- Orders are collected by the shipping firm and shipped.

You can cancel your orders as soon as possible after your order payment and all orders are cancelable before stage 1. If an order is canceled in stage 1; you will be charged 25% of the total amount to cover payment processing, bank charges. For orders canceled in stage 2, a minimum of 50% of the total order amount is deducted as cancellation fees to cover our design department’s charges. After an order enters stage 3, we can still try to cancel the order but we cannot guarantee order cancellation. However, if the order is still in stage 3, and the user wants to have it canceled; a minimum of 70% of the total order amount is deducted to cover expenses. Once an order reaches stage 4, it cannot be canceled.

REFUNDS
If we verify that we made an error, we will re-print the order. No Refunds or Credits.

REPRINT
If we verify that our production team made an error, we will 100% re-print the complete order.

RETURNS

The customer must notify us within 4 business days of order delivery of any defects, damage, or missing items discovered in the delivered products. Custom Packaging Boxes will not be responsible for any claims for defects, damage, or missing items that are not filed within 4 business days of the delivery date.

In order to receive replacement products, the customer must return (at their own expense) at least 99% of the received product within 10 days of the initial order delivery date.

International Buyers Please Note:

1). The tax is determined by buyer custom not by us, different countries for different customs duties, so if any tax then the buyer should bear it.

2). Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the items price or shipping charges. These charges are the customer’s responsibility.

3). Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying.

ORDER SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Custom Packaging Boxes (CPB) offers the following product options when placing an order:

STANDARD – Usually Ships within 10 to 14 business days after final proof approval.

PRIORITY – Guaranteed to ship within 7 to 10 business days:

Products will be shipped within 8 business days after final proof approval.

DAMAGED AND LOST PACKAGES

Customers are responsible for inspecting all packages for any visible signs of damage or missing items before accepting delivery. In case of damage or missing items, the customers should notify CPB’s team and the delivery courier immediately. CPB will not be responsible for any damage or missing items claims that are not filed by the customer within 4 business days of order delivery. Also, CPB is not responsible for 3rd party shipping errors, or damaged shipments.
