Returns Policy
All packaging produced by Custom Packaging Boxes is made to order and custom-printed to your specification. As such, we are unable to accept returns for items that have been produced correctly to the approved proof.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty or does not match your approved proof, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
How to Report an Issue
