Double locked wall lid boxes build strength into the walls before the lid ever goes on. Each side wall is doubled and locked, so the base holds square under handling, and a separate fitted lid drops over the top for a clean, contained finish.

This construction sits between a light folding carton and a full rigid box. You get much of the solid feel customers associate with a rigid unbox, but from folding stock, which keeps set-up quick and storage flat until you need to assemble.
